Communication and Telephone Policy


Staff will take your details, and will ONLY interrupt the doctor during a consultation if the problem is urgent.

In all cases of requests, our practise staff will use a minimum of three (3) patient identifiers so that patient confidentiality is not compromised.

Wherever possible, the practice ensures secure encryption of emails is taking place.
